As a member – pwde nating gawin si UNIFIED ONLINE AND OFFLINE. To Maximize the Online Market Here are some TIPS we can do to make a traffic in our posts and get potential clients online.
I. CREATE YOUR CURRENT FB YOUR BUSINESS ACOUNT
a. Change Your Profile Picture to a Corporate Picture
b. Make your Cover Photo related to our Business Offers like the Services Posters so clients could easily see what you can offer.
c. Don’t post negative in your account and as much as possible post encouraging and business related post. Let Your friends see your transformation.
d. Avoid unnecessary posts and selfies and any form of dramas and negativities.
e. Share all positives in your account and show excitement and happiness with UPS
f. When you post. Don’t forget to put Hashtags for people can easily search your post.
II. CREATE YOUR OWN PAGE
a. This page will be your business page and let your friends like it. Invite people to like and share your page.
b. In this page you will upload all transactions and upcoming events and all materials for your business. This will be the official page wherein your client can easily view details of your business offer.
c. You will Share this Page link in all your FB Posts, IG, Tweet post and in any comments. People online will be curious about this and will create traffic in your page. Which result to ONLINE Marketing even your marketing outside your home.
d. Tip: if u don’t have much transactions to post, copy and past transactions of others, just learn to edit the contact details.
e. This Page will really create a number of clients, so don’t hesitate to use your link and you can also allow your prospect to read all information in your page. Make it informative and catchy.
f. You may BOOST Your Posts for more people to see your advertisement.
III. ADD ACCOUNT
a. You can create another FB to add friends and invite them to Like Page as well. This is how People maximize the Power of facebook more than Posting to Groups.
b. FB has a maximum number of friends so if that happens you can easily create another account for this another purpose.
IV. CREATE YOUR BLOG SITE
a. There are FREE Blogging Sites where you could create your own Homepage or website. Create one so you can also share it to your prospects and close deal to them easily. Online Marketing is really tremendous today so we should be IN.
b. If you are already earning or would like to really invest in Online marketing, have your page a domain for clients easily search your site.

MODULE 2
HOUSEPARTY – (THANKSGIVING OR SIMPLE GATHERING)
Main Goal po natin sa ating mga new members ay makapag-HOUSEPARTY po tayo sa Kanilang bahay.Pls review the purpose and reminders in Module 1.
SUGGESTION: BEST TIME FOR HOUSEPARTIES/THANKSGIVING
1. 10 am
2. 3 pm
3. 5pm or 6pm
PARTS OF HOUSEPARTY
I. MEETING BEFORE MEETING
a. Ask the member who will be our guests and their backgrounds and the possible feedback of the guests. Also, review to our members the purpose of Houseparty.
b. Orient the Member that he/she will be the one who who will do the Intro (prayer and simple introduction “why” nya ininvite yung guest and show the excitement kung bakit nya nagustuhan ang business natin)
c. Prepare the Area
i. Make sure na wala po distraction like babies/children, kung kaya na may nag-aalaga sa room or sa labas ng bahay
ii. No tv or any agaw atensyon na bagay
iii. Set seating arrangement for guest and saan ppwesto ang speaker – note mas maiigi po na nakatalikod ang guests sa pinto at bintana so there will be no other distraction din. Plus other members will be seated near the doors. As much as possible paghiwalayin niu po ung super close or mejo ma-chika na guests. The members and his/her family should seat as well during the presentation.
iv. Don’t serve the Food early after na po ng presentation, maigi dn nakatago muna para d matakam mga guest.
NOTE: sa food as much as possible sana ung hindi na magluluto yung member natin, para d sya pagod during the houseparty at makapakinig sya at makapagtraining pa after.
d. Prepare the Materials needed:
i. Tarpaulin
ii. Flyers
iii. Attendance Sheet
iv. White Board / Manila Paper/ Cartolina
v. Marker / Eraser
vi. Masking Tape/ Tape
vii. Application form
e. Before the Presentation the Members and the speakers ay pwde na kumain first para sa MAM mamaya FOCUS tayo sa guest and hindi na sumabay sa pagkain nila so we could CLOSE DEAL.
II. PRESENTATION PROPER
NOTE: wala na po muna Milyon-milyong palakpak but it could be use para sa mood setting na gagawin na ng speaker.
a. PRAYER AND INTRODUCTION – New Member/ Owner of the House
b. ONE SPEAKER – (Upline) Pls follow our format if most of guests are negative to networking NETWORKING SIDE could be presented in MAM.
c. SHARING – another Upline (This could be the Direct Sponsor of the New member or Crossline – yung kinucuddy ni Upline na Magcclosing- kung wala na ibang kasama the NEW MEMBER / the House Owner Could also do the Sharing)
d. CLOSING – (Upline)
NOTE: Everyone po na tuhog sa linya ni New Member na nagpahouseparty spillover man ay dapat kasama sa houseparty, convince them or invite them to come kasi lahat ng production on that activity will benefit them. Crossline can come pero ito po ung kinucuddy ni Upline na mag-observe lang at tutulong but he/she is restricted to invite there para naman mas mamotivate natin ung may-ari ng bahay na madami tumutulong sa kanya, and she should do the same sa magiging member nya.
DIRECT SPONSOR ng Magpapahouseparty is REQUIRED to be There! Kung d pa sya marunong mag-ONE he/she will be the sharer.
III. MAM – Meeting After Meeting
a. Food will be serve
b. All Uplines will Talk to all the guests and do the Closing Deal, Let them fill up the Application form and entertain their questions.
c. Invite them to our offices and upcoming BIG EVENTS.
d. Do the Pala Effect – OUR GOAL IS TO PRODUCE PAYINS – OR NEW MEMBERS

IV. TRAINING
a. As Promised talk to the Member’s Family and let them realize the business and how important their support for our Member’s success.
b. Train all members of the Family with the BASIC TWO
c. Inform them to the required trainings that they should attend to for them to EARN – Importance of Training and show to them the Family Package.
d. Review the Houseparty event and Congratulate our New Member. Assess the status of every guests, and Teach him/her how to follow-up.
e. Set the date of Your Next Meeting – This is important especially to assist the new payins of our member and mag-GOAL SETTING na po tayo and Trainings
Before we leave as courtesy to the House owner, lets always thank them for the food served and for accommodating us and let’s help on arranging things and fixing the place where we did the presentation. Make them feel that we are a Family here working together towards each other Dreams.
IMAGINE IF YOU WILL HAVE 1 HOUSPERATY PER DAY. In One Presentation may 5-10 ka na agad kausap sa isang araw sa linya mo. Paano kung maka-2 HOUSEPARTY ka sa isang Araw??? Mas productive kesa naghihintay tayong mga Uplines sa office or nag-fflyers tayo kung saan2. Those activities ay productive dn but katulad ng sinasabi ng mentor ko – Pres Manny, mas productive tong houseparty.
Take Note: ACTIVITIES should be everyday and mas maraming tinanim mas madaming pwedeng anihin. Don’t Settle sa pagdadala n guests sa Office. That is still good. Pero let me show you bakit nahihirapan ang mga members natin magdala ng tao sa office:
WHY IT IS HARD FOR SOME MEMBERS TO GO TO OFFICE and HARD FOR THEM TO BRING GUESTS/INVITES IN OFFICE:
1. Fare – aminin man nila o hindi they consider this. Kung magdadala sila ng guest nahihiya sila na hindi ilibre ng pamasahe at pagkain. Tama? Though sa training natin we say “kapag gusto gagawan ng paraan” YES!!! But lets put ourselves to our New members. D pa naman sila nag-iincome so wag natin muna pilitin maghakot yan ng tao sa office, that is the reason bakit dadalhin natin ung presentation sa bahay nila
2. Family’s Consent – some of our member lalo na mga may asawa, minsan d pinapayagan ng mga asawa nila, or kapag bata naman, ayaw payagan ng magulang. WHY? Because the family don’t understand the business that we are doing, kaya na-KONTRA sila, kaya yun din ang sosolusyunan natin sa HOUSEPARTY. So that all members ng Family nya maintindihan ang Negosyo natin at makakuha ng FULL SUPPORT from them yung New Member natin.
3. HIYA – Some of our members hindi na lang pupunta ng office kasi nahihiya sya. Some are hindi na pupumupunta kasi nahihiya na WALA na NAMAN Syang dala na Guest (baka kagalitan ni Upline) Some are afraid or nahihiya din na magsama ng Tao sa office lalo na kung bago. Kaya ditto naman papasok ung trainings 

MODULE 1
AFTER PAYIN – WHAT’S NEXT???
After ma-encode ang new Member, don’t let him/her leave the office or don’t let the day pass without doing the following:
1. DOT THE BASIC T.W.O.
Let her know the Basics only like – where to Fund and How to Fund and basic per services (make it simple and promote to him/her that he/she needs to attend the Regular Training dahil napakagaling g Speaker don and mas expert –ABC the Trainings)
2. OPEN THE CONVERSATION TO NETWORK BUILDING & NEXT ACTIVITY
Sample Script:
“Si/Ma’am, ditto pos a Unified we have 3 categories of Members:
 USER – habol lang discount /makatipid sa services/ convenience
 SELLER – sila po yung magbebenta lang or gagawin lang ung Traditional business
 BUILDER – ito naman po yung gumagamit ng LEVERAGE BUSINESS
Sa tatlo po na yan, yung unang dalawa, pwde ka naman po talaga kumita sa services pa lang, tama po? Pero yung sa pangatlo po talaga yung malaki ang POSSIBLE INCOME.
(IF NEGATIVE SA NETWORKING) –Alam ko naman mam na nagustuhan niu talaga ung Traditional Business, but I want to give you a Chance na magawa natin yung pangatlo. TRY lang po natin. At para matulungan kop o kau sa promotion and advertising ng business na nag-invest kayo”
(IF POSTIVE NAMAN SA NETWORKING) – Alam ko na gusto2ng gusto mo magnetwork so kailangan maumpisahan natin ng Tama.”
3. SETTING UP HOUSEPARTY
“OK lang po ba inyo Sir/mam, na magset tayo ng simple gathering sa bahay nyo na ippresent naming ung business sa buong family nyo and sa mga friends ninyo yung Business.”
Purpose of Houseparty:
 The family will know the whole business so the member could get a full support from the family members (like ka-work ng asawa nya na umuuwi sa province by plane or kaibigan ng anak na mahilig magtravel)
 Friends and Other relatives will know his/her business – This is a WIN WIN SITUATION – WHY? –
o *(IF THEY JOIN THE BUSINESS – they will become his/her member kikita sya sa Network and ofcorz sa Residual Income.)
o *(IF THEY DON’T JOIN – its still OK dahil kapag yang mga yan, nangailangan ng mga services natin sayo pa din sila lalapit – meaning may sure customers ka na din)
 To promote your Business and educate them on what UNIFIED is.
 To Teach them and all members of the Family how to do Unified – pwdeng ipromote mo na din na another TRAINING sa bahay nila para kahit anak or asawa maturuan na din sila sabay2)
Reminders in Setting a Houseparty:
 Set the date Early as much as Possible. As Upline, Wag mo po hayaang may bungi ang Schedule mo, so kung may araw ka na wala ka pa schedule set niu nap o doon, bukod sa considering the members availability. Ikaw po ang mag-set ng Schedule. Within 2 weeks dapat nakapag-Houseparty na sa bahay ng New member.
 Wag po masyado magbigay ng Information sa pag-iinvite – KISS – pwde sabihing Thanksgiving for their new business or simpleng get together.
 Invite 5-10 people only wag po masyado madami – bakit 5-10? (atleast kapag nagINVITE sya ng 5 may 2-3 na dadating, kung magINVITE naman sya ng 10 atleast may 5 dadating)
 Houseparty – but this is not literal na party. Hindi po kailangan may Handa – simpleng puto at juice ay pwde na or simpleng pancit at softdrinks pwde na, kahit nga babanaque at Primeshape coffee pwde na din. Hindi po kailangan magastos, dahil bago pa lang tayo sa business. Simple lang po.
 Hanggat maaari din ay walang bata or any disturbance on that date.
 Make them feel comfortable – wag sila mag-alala dahil ikaw or tayo naman ang magppresent business at hindi sila, ang gagawin lang nila ay mag-iinvite ng tao sa bahay nila at makikinig lang din on that day (make sure namention natin sa kanila ang purpose ng Houseparty)
4. WELCOME THEM TO THE FAMILY
Make them feel na hindi nila gagawin ang Business mag-isa. Introduce them to the Uplines and Crosslines and let them feel at home sa office. (APPLY ABC RULE) Make them feel the warmth of our sincerity as one team dito na po pumapasok ang MAM.
UPLINES, Hanggang dyan po muna.
Let’s make it Simple, kasi the more po ang inputs na sinasabi natin sa member on that first day, maaaring tumakbo sa isip nila na ang hirap pala, or andami naman dapat gawin.
Let’s show them na simple lang ang gagawin nila.
ANOTHER TRAINING and Requirements, sa susunod na meeting na lang or kapag umattend na sila sa Regular Trainings.
Ang First Project po natin pagka-PAYIN ay MAGHOUSEPARTY.
The System is already proven and Tested, gagawin na lang po natin. Imagine if all of our new members will do this, for sure di ka na mawawalan ng Schedule and POSSIBLE NEW MEMBERS.
Mas Malaki po ang BATTING AVERAGE NG HOUSEPARTY KESA DINALA MO SA JOLLIBEE OR MCDO OR CHOWKING.
Mas maganda Dalhin sa EVENT ang mga nakausap na sa Housperty dahil PANLUTO po yung Events natin. Kapag nagPa-EVENT tayo, mas madami ka na din Guests, kasi madami ka na nakausap sa Houseparties.
Promote this to all our New Members, pati po sa mga Members na hindi pa nakakapag-HOUSEPARTY sa bahay nila… baka kaya siguro wala ka pa payin ngayon, kasi yung Agila mo nasa loob lang pala ng Bahay niu, or nasa Compound or Baranggay niu lang pala.
“DON’T WAIT FOR YOUR MEMBERS TO BRING INVITES IN THE OFFICE, GO AND TALK TO THEIR WARM LIST. AT SA HOUSEPARTY YAN MAPAPAPUNTA HINDI SA OFFICE”
